FICA Zimbabwe Leadership
Pastor John Mutandwa is the founder and oversees the Faith in Community Aiders (FICA) organization.
He is an evangelist and is passionate about church planting. He works under the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches (FEC) and is the director of African Church Planting Initiative (ACPI).
Marshall Mutandwa utilizes his Masters In Business Administration with the University of Zimbabwe as the director of the Faith in Community Aiders organization.

Faith in Communities Africa
Faith in Communities Africa (FICA-USA) is an organization qualifying for a public charity under the United States Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Faith in Communities Africa is committed to supporting Home of Hope Murombedzi by raising funds to provide a safe place for children to live and thrive. Funds also support their education and support the people of the community of Murombedzi.
